Toshiba needed an employee publication featuring compelling content covering both people and product, and to promote a UK identity inside a global corporation.

CW relaunched YOU magazine in 2009, turning it into an effective internal communications tool by ensuring that business strategy and product information are communicated through informative yet entertaining people-based content.

The popularity of YOU magazine saw its frequency quickly increased, and has led to CW being asked to contribute to further strategy and print and digital communications. These have so far included an intranet launch, HR strategy, and comms in support of Toshiba’s sponsorship of the Rugby World Cup in 2011, including window stickers and HTML emails.

We re-launched our internal magazine, YOU, a couple of years ago with CW. Each issue gets stronger and stronger and is really valued by our employees. CW are very easy to work with always coming up with fresh ideas and delivering on time. As a result we have started to work with them more on projects outside of YOU magazine where their work has been great on both a strategic and tactical level.
